Items purchased on this website are shipped from overseas and will arrive within 2-3 weeks, and sometimes sooner. Items purchased on Etsy will be shipped within 2-3 business days and should arrive within a week of your purchase. Please reach out to us directly for any questions about shipping and we'll do our best to assist you and resolve your concern

Please reach out to us directly and explain your cocnern. We will either assist you in getting a replacement or we will refund your money. Either way, we will request that you ship the item directly to our business office using our pre-paid stamp, and upon receipt of the item we will initiate the replacement process or refund your money.
