SHIPPING POLICY
1) Items purchased will be shipped within 2-3 days unless otherwise noted.
2) Items purchased on Uzuri World Market's website are shipping from overseas and are subject to shipping conditions. Shipping may be delayed due to the pandemic, shortages and other problems outside of Uzuri World Market's control.
3) Every effort will be made to facilitate getting products to our patrons as soon as possible.
4) If there are any significant delays, the purchaser should contact our Support Desk so that we may try to facilitate communication between the merchant and the purchaser and a timely delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy
UZURI WORLD MARKET GUARANTEES COMPLETE SATISFACTION WITH EVERY ITEM YOU PURCHASE:
1) Uzuri World Market will directly accept all returns initiated from the time of purchase up to within 2 weeks after the purchaser has received the product.
2) Please contact Uzuri World Market by email at support@uzuriworldmarket.com to return your item and you will receive a return shipping label. The product will be mailed directly to our business office regardless of where the item was originally shipped from.
3) The total purchase price will be refunded to the purchaser upon Uzuri World Market's receipt of the product by mail. The purchaser will receive email notification that the item has been received and a refund has been initiated.
4) Uzuri World Market will accept all returns that are initiated two weeks AFTER the purchaser has received the product, but will instead provide an exchange or an account credit rather than a full refund.
